Are you overweight with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or dyslipidemia (high levels of fats/cholesterol) or obese?

Overweight: BMI = 25 - 29.9

Obese: BMI = 30 or above

BMI = weight in kg / height in m²

  • Blood thinners (warfarin)
  • HIV medications
  • Thyroid hormones (levothyroxine)
  • Anti-epileptic drugs (valproate, lamotrigine)
