Vidalista 10mg tablet is a generic brand name of its active ingredient, tadalafil. This medicine is used primarily to treat male sexual function problems, such as impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED), among men aged 18 years and over. It is also used  to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Furthermore, it also is used to improve the ability to exercise in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), or high blood pressure in the vessels carrying blood to the lungs, causing shortness of breath, dizziness, and tiredness.
